change the rules + set collection

drafted written on 16 October 2026 and not yet reviewed not checked yet

Completing a set lets you change a rule, so collecting brings power.

What it brings

  • Clear reasons to collect.
  • Each set can reshape the game.

What it costs

  • The first to collect can rewrite things in their favour.
  • Rules can pile up.
